Post Application Process

When you have successfully apprlied for the child support grant, you need to track the application. SASSA will not contact you for the approval or denials instead you need to follow up the progress regarding the application on your own. Here is a method to track the application.

• Step 2: Tap the “Track My Application” and provide the phone number or serial number of your application. 
• Step 3: The status of your application will be visible on thre screen.
